NOTE: This class is held at Troy High School 

This is an upper-level class which further develops the main swimming strokes while increasing the swimmer’s endurance. Pre-requisite is the mastery of the skills learned in Level III. Successful completion of this class will result in the student’s ability to: Swim proper freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, sidestroke, elementary backstroke, and butterfly each for 50 yards continuously, Dive headfirst from sitting/kneeling/standing positions and Tread water for 2 minutes without assistance. Maximum of 8 to 1 student to teacher ratio.
