Get ready for an adventure inside the AMAZING machine called your body! In this lively and hands-on edition of Tiny Medical School, young learners become Food Fuel Explorers—curious scientists on a mission to uncover how different foods power our muscles, brains, and bodies every day.
Through interactive games, team challenges, creative crafts, and playful science activities, students will discover the “superpowers” of each food group and learn how a variety of foods help them think, play, grow, and stay strong. Kids will decode nutrition clues, complete explorer missions, and design their very own “balanced plate” masterpiece.
By the end of this fun-filled journey, every explorer will understand how to fuel their body like a true Health Hero—ready for any adventure that comes their way!
