Learn the importance of self-love, why relationship repair begins there, the two different kinds of love, and how to make the changes you’re looking for. We will cover healthy and unhealthy self-love. You will learn the power of the S.E.L.F.© process to recognize your value, identify how self-rejection occurs, choose healthy self-love, and build healthy relationships so you can enjoy yourself and life more fully.
