This beginner-friendly course is specifically designed for adults who wish to explore sewing not only as a practical skill but also as a form of self-care and therapy. Through simple techniques and guided projects, you’ll experience how stitching can nurture mindfulness, enhance fine motor skills, and bring relaxation into everyday life. What You’ll Learn Gentle Introduction to Sewing, Everyday Practical Stitches, Hand-Stitching for Care & Repair Use sewing as therapy: stitching simple patterns to encourage creativity, focus, and relaxation. Apply your skills to make quick fixes or to start designing your own garments.
