Relax, stitch, and connect in this welcoming hand sewing therapy class designed for adults ages 50+. This gentle, beginner-friendly course introduces simple hand-sewing techniques through easy, meaningful projects in a supportive small-group setting. Participants will build confidence, improve fine motor skills, and enjoy the calming, creative benefits of stitching while connecting with others. All materials are provided, including a take-home sewing kit.
Material Fee: $25 (includes take-home kit with needle & thread, fabric squares, and a stitching guide) is to be paid to the instructor on the first day of class.
